Hey friends I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas! I wanted to share with you a little testimony of what Jesus is doing in the work place. A lot of you know what Father has us doing through business but for those of you who do not know, Our business {Business Mission} is more than a place of work. Its a place of being intentional of what Christ wants to do where we spend most of our waking hour, but its also a place where hired people become our priority. We train, empower and teach people working skills in the community and its such a blessing to see peoples lives advance. Our hiring process does not reflect on your typical standard of hiring. Theres really no background checks our performance test, just a willingness to work and willingness to help themselves is most required. Usually businesses hire people that would benefit the business and rightfully so, but thats not the way we operate here. Are hiring procedure is spirit led and favored toward individuals who need a life changing experience and only God knows the situations way before we ever know them. We follow Jesus and His direction in what He wants to do in somebodys life and He gives us the GRACE to do His will and work. If this dont make sense to you its probably because its not going to make sense to the natural mind, its about following your heart and passions and most of the time, when it comes to following your hearts and passions has to do with people. But what I wanted to share and Ive never shared this before, and maybe it will paint a better picture, is that when we take on new hires/people were taking on their bagged as well (hurts, failures, disappointments, struggles, every individual is different). I know that sounds kinda weird taking on somebodys else stuff, who would want to do that right. But this is what Jesus has us doing right now and I have to follow Him and what Hes saying in my heart,...Amen. Of course most of this life changing experience stuff happens through the hours of 9 to 5 {my natural place to be} but really its like 24/7 because you become like family. Theres an involvement of ones life with lots of disruptions, so much to talk about here, because of the demand on having to be a giver of your life, time, resources and did I say your life, not to mention keeping the business operational {jobs,bidding, breakdowns, customers}, no pressure right. Well I could go on about this but you get the idea. I say all of this because In this video your going to met Cliff who is going through a divorce not to mention that theres children involved, very sad. Hes also in the process of losing his house lest to say and hes just beyond broken, you can see it in his eyes in the video. But since hes been with us Ive been loving on him and helping him as Father leads showing him Jesus through my life. Ill be honest with you and tell you that it seemed hopeless for a while their and I even started to question, but something started to change in his heart and the seeds of love begin to take root and hope was being restored in his life once again. Hes starting to believe that Jesus is real with each and everyday that passes, but it has been God doing the work in his heart, in a place where we spend most of our time. This is just a random story that Im sharing with you guys, where were seeing lives transformed through kingdom business, and these are the miracles that are happening in the workplace/marketplace that are pointing people to Jesus, natural & spiritual. Please continue to pray for him friends but the main thing is, he has hope in God now, and to me thats a great beginning of something new in a persons life. Prov 14:23 In all labour there is profit:
