Hey gang here is a little tip and recipe from Jennifer McKinney for our green smoothies. I wanted to tell you that I have a green smoothie every morning for breakfast. I do 6-8oz of unsweetened almond milk, spinach and/or kale, whey protein and usually half a banana. Sometime different fruit, depending on what I have. Also, because bananas in our house go bad (Im sure they dont at your house), I peel them, half them, and freeze them. They make my smoothie cold :)
