Just a reminder about a job offer here at Palos Heights Parks and Recreation: After School Program Site Director Location: Palos Heights Parks and Recreation Department Status: Part Time Time/Day: M-F 2:45-6:00pm Pay Rate: $12-$14 per hour depending on qualification Palos Heights Parks and Recreation Department is looking for someone to help instruct and lead our After School Program. We are looking for someone who is available Monday-Friday during the months of August-June. This person is responsible for interacting with children, ensuring the safety of the children in the program, serving snack, working with other staff members, and creating a fun, energetic and safe environment. The Site Director is also responsible for making monthly work schedules for all staff, keeping paperwork organized, meeting with Program Supervisor, creating snack and supply list and communicating with parents/guardians of students. We are looking for someone who loves working with children, has a positive attitude, creative, and energetic. This position is ideal for someone who is looking to gain leadership, supervisory skills, and responsibility.
