Hey guys alright, heres one to count towards the 100 workout challenge!! For Sunday: 1. forward bodyweight lunge 3 sets 20 reps each leg. 2. Sumo squats - (sumo squats are wide stance body weight squats where at the top of the exercise you raise yourself on to your toes to also include the calves) 3 sets of 20 3. 40 seconds of speed squats/or jump squats 4. 40 second wall sit 5. cool it all down with a good ol plank! hold for 40 seconds remember to tag higher choices when you write on facebook that youve completed the workout! Selfies are needed guys so get ready to snap some pics! :)
