Hey guys, just wanted to give everyone a quick update on how im doing and whats been happening about the attackers. Last month was quite a busy month to be honest. I had surgery on my eye as it was constantly watering. They flushed the tear duct with saline to see if there were any blockages. They found a small one but not big enough to cause the watering so they opened the tear duct a bit wider. This was all done while i was awake, which was slightly scary. They also said to think about having skin grafts as the bottom lid is slightly pulled down by scar tissue. I dont think i will be taking that option though as it obviously means more invasive surgery. The surgery ive already had seems to have stopped the watering anyway so i dont see much point in getting skin grafts anyway :) As for the attackers, i found out today that 4 of them have been charged with GBH. They will go to court on the 26th November to plead guilty or not guilty and then the trial will be taken from there depending on their pleas. I, as most people would, want the maximum sentence. Realistically though theyll probably get community service or something along those lines. The past couple of weeks ive had a growth that has been getting bigger and bigger on the scar under my eye. I went to my GP last week and she prescribed antibiotics which seemed to have done the trick so far as it has gone down until it is barely visible. Would just like to thank everyone for their continued support. Especially my family and close friends who have been there for me every step of the way. But also to the friends who were there or have given statements to the police or even just wrote on my timeline/private messaged me to wish me well. Means a lot guys :)
