Hey guys, major announcement! So, we are going to have our first meeting this Wednesday 9/10 at 5:30PM. The location will be the UC Lounge right across the C-Store and Bookstore. So please come, and meet your fellow gamers and network! Snacks will be provided! This first meeting will be just some information regarding club dues, and events that will be happening throughout the year! For right now, these meetings will be bi-weekly. Please contact me if you guys have any questions. We have some events coming up! First up, our CS-GO team will be competing in the NCESPA Collegiate tournament this Monday at 8PM. The event will be streamed, so please watch and support our team! Secondly, we will be collaborating with the Vietnamese Students Association here at the University of Houston for a live League of Legends tournament in October. More details will be coming in the following days. So please look out for that! Thirdly, we will be hosting our own online League of Legends tournament in November. Details will be hashed out soon, and will be announced soon! In other news, I would like to announce the board of officers for this year. Carlos Acosta will be our Vice President, he and I shall be operating this club for the year and I hope we can make this a successful term. Leo Kyouaku Marquette will be our League of Legends coordinator, so any questions regarding IvyLOL or Collegiate Star League teams for League will go through him. Nguyen Doan is our Counter Strike - Global Offensive coordinator, so please contact him if you have interest in joining the team. Other major games, if there is a major interest, I shall contact any willing individuals to be coordinators of that respective game. Thanks for reading!
