Hey guys my power commander 5 wasnt synced to my throttle. When the bike was in neutral my power commander was showing my throttle at 1%. I reset it in the power commander tools, calibrate, throttle position sensor with the bike off, key on, red kill switch on. At first I didnt know I had to twist the throttle to show it 100% throttle. So I reset it a 2nd time after I learned how from KevinX. Whats happening is the throttle position is at 0% in neutral just like normal. What I am experiencing is very hard shifts. No matter what I do. CLUNK, CLUNK, Is it possible by me resetting the Throttle position that this is happening? And if so, is there a fix? Without a dyno?
