Hey hows your Monday going? A little things about my baking journey to share here with my beloved family and friends and also people whos never ending supporting me... This is Ondeh Ondeh cupcakes, and of course...its inspired by one of the traditional kuih ( kuih is a term for Malaysian cake/pastries) which is made of glutinous rice flour and infused with Gula Melaka (Palm Sugar) filling and rolled in with fresh grated coconut. I can honestly tell you, Im not a big fans of coconut. Ive been baking for more than 7 years, Ive never like to eat the cake that baked by myself, unless i have to do cake tasting. Some of the bakers tend to get sick and tired of what they baked and they literally wont eat it, I dont know other bakers but I do. Until this ondeh ondeh cupcake born, and I am so IN LOVE with it and I dont know why! This cupcake changed my life. I cant find myself a reason why but yeah every Sunday after closing, if there are extra ondeh cupcakes it will definitely ended up inside my stomach. My bosss Husband comment after he tried this cake was shocking, he said : This could be the best cupcake that I ever had! Im like : wow really? I started selling this in the bakery, and received a lot of happy feedback from customer. Things really turned out to what you wanna be if you have faith =) and Dear all my friends and family, I am so excited and cant wait to bring this goodness back to share with you guys! So the next turn when im going back Kuantan, the chosen one will get a bites! hehe~ Thanks for your patience to read this long words that I wanted to share...
