Hey my angels!! I wanted to let you all in on some good news. My Mito crash ended around Tuesday, and Im FINALLY feeling better! Thank you so much for all your prayers, love, and cards! All of your prayers played a big part in me feeling better. I read your cards on some of my worst days, and it really helped to know someone was thinking of me and cares about me. Chronic illness is so secluding and makes me feel so alone sometimes. It really helps to know youre loved! My Mom, Taffy, and I finally got to get down the shore Thursday and Friday! We lucked out and found one of the last pet friendly hotel rooms available. It was so great to get away and spend some time on the beach. Thank God, the weather was perfect for me. It wasnt to hot so I was able to stay on the beach for a few hours. After the beach I slept for a few hours, and then we went out to dinner. We went to a fantastic Japanese restaurant and sat in the outdoor dining so Taffy got to come too! There was a really loud concert going on, but Taffy surprisingly slept through the whole thing. Maybe it was the Stewarts hamburger we gave him for dinner haha. ;) The next day we couldnt go to the beach, because no dogs are allowed. We had to checkout of the hotel by 11:00, so he couldnt stay there either. We went to a bunch of little boutiques, and I got some much needed clothes. Then we HAD to go to the chocolate store, because I could never leave the beach with out some home made fudge! We also got the most delicious candy apple. It had chocolate, coconut, caramel, and other amazing things haha. Taffy and I slept the whole way home, and Ive basically been sleeping ever since haha. Im glad I got to share some good news with you! I love bringing awareness to Mito, but I love sharing my triumphs with you as well as my tragedies! Id really like to get out tomorrow since Ive been resting the last two days, so Im off to bed. Thank you for continuing to support my on my journey. I love you all so much!! xoxo 💚💙
