Hey sweaty peeps, Just a reminder about our first outdoor 6am Bootcamp this Friday... There are roadworks still being done in the car park so parking will be limited, may I suggest the station or in 1 of the side streets. The session will begin in the rotunda in the grass area near the Green point car park, so we have somewhere to leave bottles, towels, etc. I will have a box to keep your car keys safe while your on the move. With the start of daylight savings the mornings are quite dark, you may want to bring a torch! Really looking forward to it, spread the word... Sars
