Hey there everyone, Momma here. I did Lances weekly check in with the specialist last night n we decided to tweek his meds a littke bit. He had been increased to 40 mg a day from 30 mg a day by the specialist to help with his fears. I noticed that since doing that his appetite has decreased, sometimes to the point that he dont wanna eat for days. I never let him go more than 1 day, 2 meals, w/o eating n will put a bit on bacon grease in it to make him eat. Also he is so much less active than before when he was only at 30 mg. He wakes up in the morning with me n comes downstairs with me n instead of going pee n eating he hops on the couch n goes to bed, we then take our morning walk at 8 n when we come home hes right back to sleeping. So I discussed these concerns with the dr n was told to bring him back down to 30 mg for about a week, see if his appitite comes back n if it does n his activity also increases then start to alternate the 30 n 40 mg days. One day he gets 30 the next 40 n so on. I guess doing this can help sidestep the side effects. Other than that he has been doing EXCELLENT, I cant even begin to describe how good hes been. His anxiety is almost non exsisting, and his behavior is back to being the good ol Lance. If anyone has any questions about his program please dont hesitate to ask. :) ♥ Momma
