Hi ASB. Been a customer for decades. Like the ease of transactions on line, and the effort you make to make these easy. But there is a culture emerging that is disturbingly not customer friendly. In bill payments, two options are offered Cheque account Savings account Great service to include savings account so bills can be listed in advance and paid on the day without having to transfer money to the cheque account. But after finding several activity fees surfacing on statements, I was told these were for bill payments from my savings account. But nowhere did it show that this incurred a $1 fee PER TIME! I was told it was a (punitive?) measure to discourage people from dipping into their savings. So why include it? Doesnt make sense. (Thankfully, Help Desk refunded the whole amount!) I hope the powers-that-be see sense and drop the fee. After all we dip into the savings account to pay bills anyway.
