Hi All I,m going to ask my fellow founding page geyser Alain Delon Armstrang to make and consume freshwater crayfish scones, we have an endless supply, shame to waste them. Imagine a dark menacing looking scone rather flat with white flecks sporting two threatening claws. Garnished with an elver foam precariously perched on top. Slice of lime and spotted with capers with a questionable squiggle of unsavoury smelling green jus. After all presentation IS 90% of most dishes! How innovative is that? Bon Appetite Alain.
