Hi All, Just a quick update on the Free School Application. Despite being turned before the summer holidays Merchants Academy have, on the 15th October, submitted their revised application for the free school to the authorities. We suspect it will be at least Mid November before we have a response and the school and all associated parties are confident that this time we will have the positive outcome we so desperately need. Time scale wise they are still looking to have the school up and running by September 2015, although they are having to make alternative plans building wise as the new building may not quite be completed by then. Portacabins and utilising space at the existing Primary ARB campus in Withywood will be implemented. I will, of course, keep you all posted. Regards Sharon
