Hi All. Thank you for attending Swinging Vegas 2014. We are pleased that so many people have taken the time out to comment on here (Face-book) that they enjoyed the evening. We think that the new table layout at Walls Club worked a treat and created a much bigger dance space for us all to enjoy. The numbers were spot on and the dance floor busy but not overcrowded. I would say perfect! Thank you to Stuart Dunn for producing a heart wrenching (Live Aid style) video and thank you to all the families of those children involved for allowing us to use footage of their poorly children. We thought that The Ding Dong Daddios were perfect and kept our nice (bigger) dance floor filled all night. The raffle on the night together with the cake sale and silent auction raised a staggering total of £960. I have already paid it into the bank!! THIS IS NOT THE GRAND TOTAL We will add up all our fund-raising throughout the year and give you a grand total ASAP. Thank you to all the cabaret participants - You were amazing. Bic Graham and Simone Brown have said they will come back in 2015 - Hooray! Gloster! The Gauntlet is down! LOL. Thank you to everyone who helped set up, take down, sell raffle tickets, Buy Raffle tickets,bought raffle prizes, made cakes. So many smiles, laughs and tears in one venue in one evening - That is some achievement. Here is our song! Enjoy and remember how lucky we all are!
