Hi David and one spark My name is Carlos and I used to be homeless in Wichita. I received very many meals while living on the streets and lots of love from all the one spark people. Mr. David told me all the time that I could do better and I could get off the streets. I never really believed him until one day he looked me in the eye and said Carlos you deserve better than this and you need to get off the streets and get a job. I told him I did not know how to get off the streets because of been living on them for over seven years. Mr. David and several of the ladies of one spark told me that they would help me. They got me a job at a apartment. Ive been off the streets for over five years now. I now live in Texas and work for a roofing company and Im doing okay. Every day I fix tortillas and eggs and take out to the homeless people. There are over 35 people working for the roofing company that chip and two dollars a day to help pay for all the supplies. I just got told to Mr. David that I will be the first one spark chapter and he is started to help me with my supplies to feed the homeless. The one spark people are making plans to come in and help feed our homeless friends and needy people. Thank you one spark people and Mr. David for all youve done for me my family and all the people that we serve. I promise I will continue to be a spark person until the day I die . Love Carlos
