Hi Everybody, can I say the Indian Pacific was terrific! I know that was bad! Met some amazing journos from around the world and ate myself stupid across 2 time zone, a great food and wine experience. Then jumped on a flight to Uluru via Alice and presented a workshop for the Mindfood this is a new magazine on the racks Michael, youve done justice to this latest issue with engaging articles and to all thing Food well done! This was also an extravaganza for budding photographers and foodies over the weekend coming from all over the place as well as a couple from Christchurh! Amazing. And Micheal 2 well done on organising an insightful event and look forward to it next year. Hosted the sounds of Silence event on Saturday night with an amazing stargazing experience and did a presentation and workshop for these budding photographers who got a great exercise in photographing food preparation, food styling, landscapes, portraits and much more, complemented with food wine at its freshest. Flying to Perth as we speak then onto Bunbury for a shoot with an English food and wine magazine. The last few days have been full on, but you know what! I have met some amazing people and have loved every minute of it. Thanks to all the team and especially the staff on the train at Great Southern Rail and the team Damien, Casey, George, Michael, Brad and Chris, you deserve praise and a gold watch! For your professionalism across the desert, cheers. And to the team at Sails in the desert Nick, Dane and your staff have been superb. Uluru you have been amazing. Will keep you posted. PS.... Time to hit the treadmill!
