Hi Everyone. As you may know, I like to help people with Computer issues, upgrades, ect. Today, I was trying to rebuild a donated computer for an older, disabled gentleman. I had everything but a legal copy of a Microsoft OS to put on the computer, so I looked to Craigslist and found someone in Atlanta that had a Windows 7 disc with license for sale for $55. I drove to Atlanta at 6 am this morning, everything seemed legit, but got it home and its fake. I call the gentleman back but he hangs up on me. Ive reported him to Microsoft. Here is the help Im asking for: could anyone and everyone please look through your Windows OS CDs and see if you have one for Windows XP Media edition. The computer I have has the License Key printed on a sticker on the case, so all I need to find is the Windows XP Media Center Edition CD and I can install it with this key legally. Windows XP Media Center Edition was a rare XP release only made for 1 year (2005-2006). Could yall check and let me know if you have this CD? Again, I dont need your license key, just the install CD.
