Hi Guys, Ive received an inquiry about controlling meeting room TV screens from AMX (switching on/of, selecting input, pushing general settings (brightnes, sharpnes etc). This customer own already a pretty extended, centralized, AMX setup and wants to use that to controll these screens over ethernet. Since this is a 12 meeting room project the budget is important to keep in mind. The customer self wants to preferably use customer-grade systems but besides really expensive Sony ones i cannot find any candidates. Any suggestions? another question regarding the same project: it seems all the remote controll over Ethernet and/or RS232 for TVs seem to offer the button functions from the IR remote controll and not offer direct access to individual settings. it seems I need to emulate a sequence of keystrokes to navigate through the menu of the TV and not directly can set brightnes to value x. is this true of am i missing someting? thnx for your support!
