Hi Guys, Just a few things about the Battle of the Boxes on the 19th April We are hoping for a fun day, to get the CrossFit community in the South West together and to battle it out doing what we love. The winning team get the option of hosting the next Battle of the boxes in a similar format to keep it fun within the Community. Maximum of 10 teams, £100 per team to be paid as one payment for each team. Payment details are; Account number: 33631176 Sort Code: 20-87-94 Training Zone We will post up all possible workouts before the competition and then they will be randomly selected on the day. They will involve single, paired and team workouts. Firstly 5 single workouts where you will select one male and one female athlete to compete so all 10 team members will do an individual workout, then paired and team workouts will also be picked randomly. Scaled options will be available however will come below anyone who has RXd the workout Only 10 teams available so please confirm ASAP
