Hi Guys, Some of you have been asking more about what the beginners class will entail. Here is a short description of what to expect... Yoga is the observation of the breath combined with mindful movements of the body. The beginners course starts from the very beginning. We work on warming up all parts of the body and focus on observation of the breath in aid to calm our mind and get to know our bodies from the inside out. Breathing exercises progress through the 8 week course and in turn help the body to relax further into more and more postures. After the 8 week course you are ready to fully take part in open classes physically and mentally. You will be more aware of your body and mind outside of the class and be able to use the breath as a mechanism of stress management in every day life. If this is what youre looking for, some of these classes will be run as a 1st beginners class.
