Hi Guys.. Unfortunately our Executive Sous Chef here at Sala Rattanakosin has left us without notice so we have a great opportunity for young, keen and energetic Sous Chef to step into the position. We opened the property just over 6 months ago and are extremely busy, we do loads of group business and the daily running of the operation is full on, super busy on a la carte, we get loads of positive press and have been featured on countless TV programs so the profile of the candidate will rise dramatically should he/she come to work with us. The package we offer is excellent for the size of the property, great benefits and decent service charge. We are part of the Sala Hospitality group which is growing fast so there is a lots of opportunity for future promotions for the right candidate. We are obviously looking for a candidate who can start immediately but will wait if we find somebody decent and suitable for the position. Your help is very much appreciated.
