Hi Guys, You know what this is all about. I have decided to open this page as I am tired of seeing flyers, posters, articles and meetings about the pub and myself and would like my supporters and fellow villagers who wish The Saddlers to become Residential, to have their say. The Saddlers failed due to many years of lack of support by the community. Many villagers are tired of seeing it fail and cannot understand the sudden need by certain people in the community for a pub which they never supported in the past. They were also unaware it was on the market for two years......surely that cannot be An Asset of Community Value when it wasnt missed! As you are all well aware, I was planning on opening the pub but due to a catalogue of disasters it is no longer financially viable for me. It was marketed for 6 months at the end of 2013 to Feb 2014 when I had four viewings with no interest due to location and community size.
