Hi Haylie, I have just finished week 1 and have been absolutely delighted by the tasty recipes I have tried.(everyday something new). I stepped on the scale after P1 and 2 and was 5lbs down. This isnt a diet but a new way of life. Now my questions: I have been terribly constipated since P2- my body does not handle such volumes of protein well. I have struggled with constipation most of my life but have had it under control for a few years now. I am drinking the water and eating as prescribed. Even adding more veggies into some recipes. Can you suggest something? I also was wondering about the items listed under the condiments sections- can you use them to add to recipes (i.e. salsa) provided they are Phase appropriate. Can you add reasonable amounts/ unlimited amounts of them? Cant wait to try all the new recipes this week! Thanks for your time.
