Hi I run the Rondout Valley Rabbits Plus 4H Club. The kids spent $70 of their last $100 they raised (baking cupcakes and bread for Valentines Day) on supplies for a lemon aid stand for the July 4th street fair in Ellenville tomorrow. They wanted to turn their money over to buy supplies for their shifts of barn duty at The Ulster County Fair (we like to host games, contests, and informational Q&A sessions with their rabbits while we are hosts at the rabbit barn) We found out today that without a county Health Department permit they can not sell lemon aid (Good example of too much governing)! Anyway, Im desperately in need of an alternative event/venue/opportunity for the kids to use 10lbs of perishable fresh lemons! ASAP! Any suggestions? Thanks
