Hi, I was wondering... Is anyone else able to differentiate between M.E.-symptoms and regular symptoms? For instance, can you make out if the flu is actually from ME or an actual flu? Or tell the difference between ordinary fatigue (from doing stuff on a good day) to ME-fatigue? Or the sore muscles from using them in a different manner than usual compared to the ME-soreness? Because Ive been noticing that they ARE different in my situation, and I would like to know if thats normal :) (Like in the flu: theres nothing coming from my nose or lungs whenever I blow my nose/cough = ME flare-up. Icky stuff coming out? = Flu.)
