Hi Pauline Nordin & Fighter Diet, You see, I ALWAYS ate pounds of veggies every night but the big difference is that I never counted the calories.i was eating 3-5pounds a day which added quite a lot of calories to my diet lol I thought veggies were just free foods.i started following the concept and the hardest thing for me was giving up my beloved pb/any nut butter addiction .i could literally finish half a jar in one sitting if I wanted to.so I cut it out completely and surprisingly I don’t crave it, I have a daily serving of nuts now.i have a HUGE Appetite like you so having oat fiber and free foods in my diet have def been a life saver. I truly believe your concept is perfect because of the refeeds and fat days which allow you to eat things you wouldn’t normally eat on a daily basis.i love it that you’re such a health nut like me and you make sure that what we project on the outside ,will be the same on the inside as well. i always lifted heavy and pretty much did the least cardio I could do,you taught me that when done properly,cardio won’t hurt my strength training progress.i learnt so much from you and your experience.you always say “mind over matter”.that is sooo true! The brain is so powerful! I read every single post from your 2 blogs before I started fighter diet,I wanted to know exactly what I’m getting myself into,and I’m glad I did…so.. In 4 months I lost 9lbs and according to a recent Bodpod testing I’m 8%body fat. Thanks for being an amazing inspiration! Anyone who has any doubts about fd, just start the program and you’ll be amazed at the results and how good you’ll feel physically and mentally.” Sivan
