Our recruitment terms and conditions are as follows: 01) Agriculture Development Officer 07 09 hrs 3300.00 NZ $ 02) General Workers 39 09 hrs 2150.00 NZ $ 03) Loader 15 09 hrs 2350.00 NZ $ 04) Driver ( Min 5 yrs exp) 08 09 hrs 2650.00 NZ $ 05) Office Staff 12 09 hrs 2850.00 NZ $ 06) Security Staff 05 09 hrs 2050.00 NZ $ 1. Working days : 6 days per week 2. Working hours : 8 hours per day/48 hours per week 3. Overtime : in accordance with Labour law of country of Employment. 4. Workmen Compensation : in accordance with Labour law of country of Employment. 5. Accommodation : Provided by company 6. Transportation : will be provided by Employer/Company 7. Annual Leave, Sick Leave and Public Holidays: i. Annual Leave: in accordance with Labour law of country of employment ii. Sick Leave: in accordance with Labour law of country of employment iii. Public Holidays: in accordance with Labour law of country of employment 9. Air Ticket: Single journey would be provided upon completion of the Employment contract. 10. Yearly Medical: Yearly medical examination will be arranged as required by cost incurred will be borne by Company 11. Restriction a. That the Employee shall not change his employment during the contract period and shall not carry or do business without the written permission from the Employer. b. That if the Employee is found creating social problems and or engaged in any illegal subversive or criminal activities, and then he will be dismissed with immediate effect and will be repatriated to Asian on his own expenses. 12. Termination of service On the occurrence of any the following events the employer reserve the right to Terminate his agreement in accordance with the provision of Employment Act under. Intimation to country of employment. i. If the employees breaches any of the restriction is convicted under the Law country of employment. ii. If the employees Employment pass is withdrawn by the Authority of country of employment for any reason iii. If the employees are absent from work for more than ...... (...) consecutive working days without any valid reason. iv. If the employee is certified medically unfit for employment by the medical practitioner.
