Hi all, I use this website for my childrens chore chart and chore bucks and reward chart. I sit dowm with them and ask them what reward wld they like this wk eg, sleeping over at friends, tuckshop voucher etc. make a list work out how many chore bucks for each reward eg 20cb block of chocolate 40 cb book club etc Then I work out how many chore bucks need to be earnt by doing their jobs I do 3cb per job per day. put this on the reward chart. My kids have 3 jobs each plus each child gets a turn to help prepare dinner. U decide how many jobs and how many chore bucks. Chore buck will be taken from a child for misbehaving or not doing there jobs or not following house rules. They can get them bk by doing a random act of kindness eg helping a sibling with something going out of there way to b nice. My kids keep their chore bucks in a container and at the end of the wk add chore bucks up and give them reward earnt, give lots of praise. My kids love this! I give bonus chore bucks out eg 5 bonus chore bucks for being good at shopping or when we went out for dinner. Pamela u cld try this with your son with homework give him bonus bucks for doing his homework. just need exciting rewards for kids to work towards.
