Hi all! Queen Mum Carol, Queen Brenda (plus Brendas King Drone Bee) and the worker bees had their monthly Staff Meeting today. Oh what a meeting of the minds going on! :-o Worker bee Julie almost always brings us goodies to stimulate our minds...and tummies. Thank you Julie! Beginning this week, we are going to have an EXTENDED Dutch Auction sale on our Vault of Value. By having this, you all will reap the benefits of b-a-r-g-a-i-n-s and well reap the benefit of not needing to haul extra merchandise to our new location! Its a win-win situation! Starting today, each and every week for the next SEVEN weeks our Vault of Value will be on sale. The Dutch Auction sale will be mark-downs on already reduced prices. So the discount will be taken off of the lowest price marked. Got it? oooh aaah you say??!?!? Heres how it will go: Week #1 - May 6 - 10 = 25% off Week #2 - May 12 - 17 = 30% off Week #3 - May 19 - 24 = 35% off Week #4 - May 26 (Closed Memorial Day) - 31 = 40% Week #5 - June 2 - 7 = 45% off Week #6 - June 9 - 14 = 50% off Week #7 - June 16 - 19 = 50% off Please come in often to check out the contents of the Vault and Brenda is in the MOOD to clean and has been adding items to the Vault daily/weekly. Even the worker bees are surprised with new stuff that keeps popping up in there! Next: when we close on Thursday, June 19 at our regular 5:00p business hours, we will need to remain closed for a couple days so we can MOVE IT MOVE IT MOVE IT (can you hear that Madagascar tune?). This means we will be closed June 20 - 25. Our grandeous goal is to re-open for business at our new location just up the street on June 26. If you happen to be walking by with a nice plate of brownies or cookies around June 24 we just might let you in for a quick look-see. :-p Our OFFICIAL Grand Re-opening will be July 1. Were giving you these closed-open dates waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay ahead of time so you can etch them on your mind, jot them on your calendars, write them on your hand, etc etc. You do NOT want to arrive at our old location during those dates and desperately needing quilt supplies because you will be sorely disappointed. Looking ahead: the closing date conflicts with our June S.E.A.M. night. We would like to move Junes fun night to June 27.
