Hi all The following is a list of work, tasks etc to be completed over the next month or so in no particular order 1. Erect all steel , welding and preparation(urgent to be completed by Thursday this week) 2. Weld 16 brackets to Tee lintels( urgent this week) 3 trenches to dug , one to shed, one to upgrade main electrical feed, one to sewer pump and main sewer upgrade to road , we need to hand dig the last 10 meters to the power boad and sewer connection Note We have to reinstate surfaces to existing condition This task will need a bobcat The trenching work may be undertaken during the week days 4 some jack hammering in showers (3) 5. Remove paint from existing Brickwork, internal and external ( seeking a meeting with the rendering contractor this week) Dean has offer a machine that might help us to remove paint 6. Preparation of the following areas, shed for new concrete, preparation of area for new light, preparation of hole and concrete for new sewer collection point 7 Preparation of bin area for concrete 8. Continuation of site cleaning (Weekly) 9. Selection and purchase of plumbing hardware, toilets, hand basins , tap sets , disabled items 10. Final layout design for kitchen, Bar, new office 11. Preparationof areas for painting ( big task) 12. Audio visual layout 13 Assistance to electrical co ordination ( Adam Delfs) 14. Preparation of loading Bay Area 15 . Waste water collection installation of soak wells 16 . Connection of Sewer to main , reinstatement of verge lawn, and area near main power feed near nets Note We will be trying to arrange approximately 6cm (1 truck) of concrete to pour the following Shed, light pole, sewer collection area and bin area, will ask Hughy to advise of time and location and thus will need to identify labour and expertise to complete all tasks above, hopefully we can do on a Saturday and will advise accordingly As we are all aware of the current budget over run , we have had some success with a roof carpenter and price that will assist in bringing us closer to budget, thus if you can identify resources within each of the clubs to assist in the above tasks it would be appreciated Some of the above tasks can be completed at short notic, after work, during the week, and Saturday and Sunday, noting that some tasks will be deemed urgent Appreciate if you can start the process and assist in the communication with our members to seek assistance Many thanks and please contact as required Regards Peter Cann Sent from the help desk- Joint clubs ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
