Hi all! This cycle is rapidly coming to a close. We have received an increase of phone calls asking about timelines again for graduation. Please look at the commanders letter as the pertinent information is still the same. Just in case though, I am posting the information here. We will attach directions and other resources as we get closer to graduation date. Please make sure your in contact with your trainee regarding their graduation status as well. 30 July 2014 -Family Day (0800-2000) 0800:Briefing at the Company Training Area (reps will be present to help escort you to the right classroom) 0830: Soldiers released on pass in the Fort Benning/Columbus, GA, area. 2000: Soldiers must be returned no later than 2000 or chain-of-command notification 31 July 2014 -Graduation Day 0800: Graduation Day brief at the same classroom 0900: Graduation 1000: Graduation will be complete by this time 1030: Soldiers depart or stand by for transportation Main questions being asked -Flights: Not coordinated by transportation office until week of transportation -Transportation home: Please contact the company case-by case.
