I want to send a reminder and clarify a few things: Everyone: 1) tomorrow bring a COPY of your insurance card (not your actual insurance card, but a COPY 2)tomorrow turn in the back page of the rules and policies info. 3) tomorrow turn in the signed personal info. paper Video bypass winners- (along with the above info.:) * also bring a picture of yourself and a dance resume *also bring $55 tryout fee (cash, checks or money order made to UK Dance Team) 2013-14 members: (along with 1,2,and 3 above) *also bring a picture of yourself and a dance resume **Everyone** Sat.- the plain black bra top/leotard and booty shorts can have a SMALL company logo (i.e. a small Nike swoosh) on them. No rhinestones, big names, decorated, etc. PLAIN Black so everyone looks the same. Safe travels coming in!
