Hi everyone! Im posting this add to warn you while renting a place, as there are many frauds. I was nearly caught up in one of them by a guy who said to own an apartment (a very luxurious one, pictures included in the mail) by Erzebet tér (one of the best places in the city) and he was offering it for a very low rent and deposit. He refused, however, to send a key if I didnt make a deposit before, so I decided to go to the actual address -he didnt say which flat number, door or doorbell it was until I insisted, he then gave me the building number only- and I found out that there wasnt a David Gonzalez owning an apartment and no place was up for rent. So, yeah, just be careful and dont give any money before you meet the person, sign the contract and view the place.
