Hi everyone, Just uploading a lovely sequence of movements that helps us to work up and down through the spine, without placing too much pressure on the spine. Just a few common sense pointers to bear in mind while performing this movement: 1. Start in a neutral position on all fours with gentle activity in your core. 2. As you bend and arch your back, the movement should not be excessive in either direction. 3. The head should also be involved with the movement, dont hold it in one place - bring it with you as you move. 4. Knees should be line with your hips 4. Keep your knees in line with your hips as you move. 4. Remember less is always more when it comes to Pilates. So remember do the exercise as well as you can, and not as hard as you can.
