Hi everyone. My name is Ilene Le and Im probably the most annoying girl on my schools campus because theres not a single day where I dont shut up about Interact. Im Interact crazy. Im in love with this club. Im in love with everyone in it and everything that it does. I’m in love with loving this club because Interacts given me something no other community has ever given me. This years Fall Leadership was the most empowering year, in the now four years that Ive gone, that Ive ever had and the amount of energy that everyone put into it just gave me more reason to why I love this club. Everyone here is capable of so many amazing things and yesterday I was able to see a gleam shine through everyones smiles and eyes and through that gleam I just knew that you all have it within you, you may not know it yet, but every single one of you have the potential and power to touch all the lives of everyone around you and truly make a difference. I hope you all had amazing FLC, my last FLC was no doubt my most amazing, and that you all left with new friends and new memories thatll last you a lifetime. That you all were able to adopt the teachings of the workshops and bring home that amazing Interact chant back to your home clubs. That you are all readily prepared to accept the challenge of this years International & Community Projects and face this year with a fierce and endless love to change the world. Once again, Im in love with you all and please look forward to later tonight when I release the pre-order form for the lovely International&Community t-shirts for those who missed out on sales yesterday.
