Hi everyone, Rhian here. I have seen a few articles this week in the news from baby whisperers showing mums how they can get to their baby to sleep through controlled crying methods and some really extreme methods on older toddlers too. Anyway, for all the mums who dont choose those methods I thought I would share this article about how I rocked by first baby to sleep until he was over 12 months and did the same on my second.
