Hi everyone, Scott here from Omerta Gaming Studio! We at Omerta, would like to present several opportunities to join a great company working on some really unique projects! Before I list out exactly what roles we are seeking to fill, let me inform you just a little bit about how the company works. We are a Rev Share project company. This means that payouts will be determined on a project-by-project basis and will be based on contributions to the project agreed to work on. Where we differ from most companies, however, is that we do have a company lawyer, and we do have contracts that will be mailed to employees who get through the introductory period. We hold company meetings once or twice a week, depending on the need or the importance of particular project updates. Aside from us being more relaxed than a typical job in the gaming industry, you will find we function like any other company. Another approach that we have is that group members are always encouraged to express their own interests and creativity. It is not uncommon for us to allow one of our teammates to use their own creative solutions or artwork in-game instead of the direction that was originally envisioned. We feel this promotes the very best work from people, as well as giving employees the freedom they deserve within their areas of expertise.
