Hi everyone!!! Welcome to the first installment of Exercising With the Elements! Grab your shovels! Bend your knees, sink your weight into your heels, (knees and toes face the same direction!) activate core, quads, glutes, and hamstrings. Shoulders back, neck in line with your spine, (avoid tucking your chin). Load up ur shovel, drive through your heels and toss that horrible white stuff out of the way!!!! And... Repeat! :) This first video of a series made today due to a winter storm forcing most of New York State into a state of emergency. No gym? No problem. Sorry for the sound quality. Wind was terrible, but this is your warm up! Lol. . The rest of the workout to follow...
