Hi friends, Just in time for the back-to-school excitement of Fall, were pleased to announce studio 26s Growing Your Practice workshop series. It begins NEXT WEEK with Madeline Black teaching a 3-hour lab on the fascial relationships of the cervical spine to the trunk, an exploration of structure/function, and techniques for Pilates sessions to unwind your clients stiff necks (something us NYCers know plenty about!)
