Hi, good afternoon, Well 40 days into this chik v and still - TopicsExpress

Hi, good afternoon, Well 40 days into this chik v and still battling it. I am not giving up by any means. Feeling a bit better overall just mostly the swelling feet and it seems to jump around to one knee or both then one again, along with strange symptoms here and there. Knees are a newer thing but feet/ankels still not great Anyway just wanted to say it is interesting that the numbers are increasing and thanks to our Admin person who started this page in the first place again Thank you David G. Brooks I notice that the longer this is staying with people symptoms are coming going getting better then worse again. Each person is different and I really do respect that. Some people are coming down with other bugs too which is not good either. It is a challenge for sure. I reply/respond to posts where comments to my posts have shown up in that globe at top of my personal fb page with peoples names on this page.eg: so an so commented on your post So that is why I comment alot. Some times I comment when I see questions on someones post too..I am only one of the 248 people on here dealing with this thing. When anyone sees where it shows on this page where the number of members are the numbrs then beside that is has a numbr in brackets the word (new).. right side of page near top, It would be great for others on here to also welcome them here.. I only did that as I noticed it and really did not know what it was until I clicked on it. So although it is not anyone persons responsability as far as I know to do that little task, I figured that was okay. I noticed after about a week nothing has happened so started typing little notes where the space is to do that. This is a support group of people who are seriously dealing with the unknown here. Chikungunya is a new disease and nobody has experienced it before. Almost every person on here is sensative to what is going on. Anyone can post what they like on here too and that is great. So we have ONE Admin person not TWO one silent the other not..we have ONE Admin. wow I really hope the best for everyone who is dealing with this horrible virus and that the people that are in charge of Health and welfare of this country, will wake up and inform the public of what is going on weather we can or still cannot get our blood work tested and where especially for people just getting this virus..Might be nice if the MOH would give us updates of consistant correct information on the process of what citizens can do here instead of confusion which to a lot of people is frustrating. Might be good to explain how the process works from the time you pay your money what happens to that how much money or portion is payed for the sample I am referring mostly to the chik v as it was being sent out to cdc in Trinidad..what has actually happened with that process as now confusing information saying there are two labs here suddenly doing the test which is very strange. One more note...I am not on my computer all day surfing the internet looking for crap to post on this site. I have limited time to get what I need and if looks important enough or real enough with information about this viurs then I have posted it for anyone else to read and decide if it helps or not. So have a great evening and hope you all are feeling better soon.
