Hi guys, I need to find a good home for a 4 year old male 9lb Yorkie named Roscoe. Hes not fixed yet. My neighbors just had a baby and are completely neglecting the dog now (they dont walk him, no food, no water, and they just leave him out on the patio all day and night with no shelter). He got trapped in one of their numerous plastic garbage bags and almost suffocated last night because he couldnt get his head out to breathe. Luckily my other neighbor heard him crying and saved him. So now Im fostering him, but I cant keep him. He looks a little cray right now, but once I get him groomed Ill post pictures. Hes a sweet dog and I just want to find someone who wants to love him and take good care of him. If anyone has any leads, please let me know. (I am already in contact with the Yorkie Rescue Foundation but they said they need an owner surrender form filled out, which my neighbors dont even want to bother to do.) I am in the Los Angeles area if anyone wants to take a look at him. Thanks.
