Hi guys, just letting you know of a great event being run by Deloitte. Details are below. Deloitte is committed to helping community organisations do their work in new and better ways. To pursue this aim, they have joined forces with The Australian Centre for Social Innovation (TACSI), and are proudly participating in the inaugural SIX AUS Changemakers Festival with social innovation pitch events in various locations across the country. Deloitte’s Social Innovation Pitch Night will see four local social entrepreneurs pitch their innovative ideas for social change to a special panel, before a short Q&A session and feedback is provided. All those attending the event will be asked to vote for their favourite idea at the end of the evening, and the entrepreneur with the most votes will win a prize designed to help further develop their idea – turning ideas into action and impact. This fun and casual event provides an ideal opportunity for you to connect with like-minded people in business and the community who have an interest in social change and innovation.
