Hi, im here would like to make a complaint which is unsatisfied with the promoter of onking his name as i know is Ah Zhuan at 192 jalan batu unjur 7,taman bayu perdana 41200 klang! At 4.8.13 (sunday) around 4.30pm i went to taman bayu perdana onking i decided to buy a sharp Led tv the moment we choosing the tv the promoter Ah Zhuan come and served us and intro panasonic 39" full hd PSN THL 39B68 he told us that this PSN THL 39B68 can support usb which is can watch movie through usb and the price is cheaper than sharp brand! As he said that it is cheap and good performance we decide to buy PSN THL 39B68! After we install the PSN THL 39B68 and we try to connect usb to play music as ah zhuan said it is good performance, unfortunately it is lag and cant even play! We press any button of the remote control the tv no have any reaction too and it is 8GB usb pendrive! We force to switch off the current And again we use another usb 2GB to play movie, again it is lag! cant even function at all! as above issue we contact the ah zhuan and tell him the problem we have met. He said that he can play the music and movie with model PSN THL 39B68 by using his own usb pendrive and hard disk! And we tell him that we try many times it is no function at all! After that, he tell us that will replace another same model PSN THL 39B68 to us on5.8.13, the onking worker can and replace the PSN THL 39B68 to us and we try on the spot, the usb also cant support to play music and movie! We call him again he said that our usb drive is damage, ask us bring along the usb pendrive and hard disk come his shop and try! 7.8.13 night we went to the taman bayu perdana onking shop, ah zhuan use our usb drive test IT IS SAME, ITS STILL LAG !BUT AFTER HE TRY MANY TIMES ITS STILL CANT FUNCTION AT ALL! Then he use he own pendrive to connect yes its successful to play BUT inside his pendrive just few song only no even 100MB ! Then he said that our pendrive is spoiled, ok fine. Then he try our hard disk and his own hard disk the result is cant perform and function! Then we ask him TRY TO CONNECT ANOTHER BRAND EXP:SHARP whether is our pendrive or hard disk is spoiled but he no dare to try and show us the result! We choose to connect hard disk by using sharp led tv and the result is it can play movie and music smoothly and good performance as well! Then he said will give us a good and satisfy answer by next day! The answer he give us is to choose the brand we wanted at the beginning which is sharp led 3D tv 40LE835x with price rm2399 free 3D glasses to replace PSN THL 39B68!Then we go to HLK shop ask for the price the promoter give us RM2200 with 3D glasses,wifi adaptor, umbrella. Its expensive that others shop rm200 and giving less free gift compare with others! Then he still dont want give us discount still remain the same price just discount the bracket price for RM90 it still expensive too as we ask HLK shop it just RM60 ! from the beginning we decide to choose sharp brand but the promoter recommend and ask us choose PSN THL 39B68 and the end come out with many problem umtil today havent settle! We are loyal customer of ONKING but with above matter we felt so dissapointed and unhappyfor this kind of servicing. Now we would like to ask for refund my credit RM 1650! Please took immediate action for above matter as I very unsatisfied with onking promoter and service!
