Hi managers at Ubank. As far as I can ascertain, the issues are not fixed. It is now Thursday pm and still cannot log in to use the service. Equally important from a client viewpoint, there have been, infrequent updates from Ubank; these could be shown as a message on the login page. Telephone contact seems virtually impossible of course through overload. From this page, it seems that you think the issues have been resolved back on 21st March.
