Shri.Pankaj S Dalvi (1989) and Shri.Yogesh Deshmukh (1988) will ensure vehicle parking arrangements while Shri.Sunil Shrivastava (1979) and Shri.Manoj Virkhare (1994) with their team will gear up to provide a sumptuous hot dinner to you all on 28th .Shri.Rakesh Purohit (1985) and Shri.Shivaji Dhawad (2001) have already conducted auditions for the musical soiree and rehearsals will commence under their supervision from 8th. Dr.Suresh Chari (1972) and Shri.G.Sivarama Krishnan (1976) will fine-tune reception readiness while Shri. Alok Yadav (1985), Shri.Nandkishore Dubey (1985), Shri. Nikhil Mundle (1985) and Smt. Ashwini Jichkar (1988) will lead us to liaison with CM office as and when required. Ex teachers Smt.Usha Mishra & Smt.Savitri Subramanium are ready with text for Ashirvachan and Abhinandan Patra. Dr.Anup Marar & Shri.Shreekrishna Buty (1982) have already visited Delhi and booked the idol which will be delivered by 22nd. From 10th Dec onwards; you will also be witness to a huge hoarding in Shankar Nagar square highlighting the forthcoming event courtesy our Corporator Smt. Ashwini Jichkar (1988). Matter of said hoarding is being designed by Shri.Mukul Barhanpure (1985). Correspondingly Shri.Shreekrishna Buty & Dr.Anup Marar (1982) and Shri.K.Jagdeesan (1959) with their teams will pursue advertisement compilation for the post event souvenir. Dr.Tarique Sani(1982), Shri.Sandeep Pandey( 1993), Shri.Balaji Buty( 1984) , Shri.Amit Sampat (1996), Shri.Rahul Soman ( 1993) and Shri. Ramu Bhagwat (1976) will keep you updated about day to day happenings through various networking and media channels and will also coordinate post event press dispatches.
