The new restaurant will open in early 2014, occupying 5,900 sf of the Johnstone-Sare building and employing 60-90 people. "It is exciting to have this outstanding restaurant become the cornerstone of our downtown complex which has become the home to many other historically significant businesses over the past 100 years," said Clyde Sare, owner of Centennial Restorations, LLC.
