Hiding Assets and Criminal Counterfeiting is Allowed in this Family Court Room.. Counterfeit Checks is a federal CRIME...normally a felony Associate Judge Beth Poulos ignored my spouse creating an illegal fake community property account to hide assets and committing ILLEGAL counterfeiting of writing a Counterfeit Check which is normally a felony with prison time.. My spouse created a FAKE Fidelity Account to HIDE ASSETS... He wrote me a check from a FAKE account with Counterfeit checks claiming this was Community Property Account.. My spouse wrote me a Counterfeit check for just over $15,000 .. My Bank was SHOCKED by his Counterfeit check All my checks bounced causing major issues for me... Poulos ignored his criminal activity of creating a FAKE account to HIDE assets and his illegal counterfeiting I have the copies of these checks from my Bank It is SHOCKING the criminal fraud and corruption allowed to go on in this Family Court Room Off the charts Shocking and horrific
