Hiding in plain view You cannot see me I am standing right beside - TopicsExpress

Hiding in plain view You cannot see me I am standing right beside you You pass me daily And rarely look my way I ride the bus you do But most often walk where ever I go Or sleep in facilities where the public sometimes roam Hiding in plain view is my reality home I am often hungry and in search of help I usually seem untidy and unkempt An unseen element of our society Hiding in plain view is no one person fatality My ranks are growing in this wealthy nation As people rush by me without hesitation A faith that no well to do citizen wants to share A problem we face and would whether not care My condition only worsen as the day turn colder Because I cannot afford to look after my health Those benefits provided to the ones with wealth Take a detour before they reach my steps I am sitting here as I watch on the curve or doorway And wander what life would be on a better day As I try to smile on a burden face While I struggle to survive in this place To view more of my writing: http:triond/users/Will+Dee
