High Altitude Space Dreams Dreams. Richard Branson sure has - TopicsExpress

High Altitude Space Dreams Dreams. Richard Branson sure has them. His spacecraft exploded 50,000 feet above the earth and hes there now finding out what went awry. I noticed he said this was a setback but wasnt going to spoil his dream of ultra fast high altitude shallow space travel at remarkable speeds. His vision remains in tact. Thats a pretty amazing event and certainly was significant feedback to him and the team. Hes clearly adopted the Thomas Edison approach that hell now know one way not to do it. Edison is often quoted, probably erroneously, of saying I now know 999 ways not to make the electric light bulb but the 1,000th supposedly worked and changed our world. Branson will persevere and no doubt succeed - it will be sometime sooner or later - he will persevere. Most successful people persevere and eventually find a way to make their dreams work. I wonder do you, like me, have dreams that are unfulfilled but remain in your workshop as you persevere and refine and tweak them seeking the result of your dreams? I have been training people in business management for the Queensland Master Builders for almost 15 years and have observed that only about 1 or 2 in every group of 15-25 actually set goals in their personal life, have plans and actively monitor their progress. That equates pretty well with the common saying that 5% plan and succeed, 95% rely on luck. I know in my life I have had some great goals, really good vision and plans how to get there.and achieved them with commitment to the task but like most people I also have had many dreams that have amounted to nothing but frustration and disappointment and can easily relate to tales from my Master Builders trainees of failed dreams. The start is getting that bucket list down. Reality checks to see if it is achievable at an acceptable cost (time, money, physical and emotional impact). Then comes prioritisation. Then the planning. Do it and monitor your progress. I wonder how your dreams are going at becoming reality? Maybe youd like some help. I have had some great feedback from a couple of family business users of a tool I gave them, as part of their business planning program, that helps organise and prioritise your bucket list. Maybe if youre interested you could pm me and find out a bit more - only cost to you is a little time and agreement to keep it to yourself. If you qualify Ill send you the tool. I hope you have a great week now and think a bit about your bucket list and what you can achieve in the next few weeks, months and next year. Take care and keep safe, happy and healthy.
